Experience
Lucía is experienced in counseling, planning business strategies and applying the law preventively in matters related to customs, commerce and international business. She litigates in all instances (lower courts, appelate courts, and the Supreme Court, both federal and provincial) and is an administrative and agency litigator. She has attended numerous courses, seminars and conferences related to Customs Law, Foreign Trade and related matters.
Activities and Memberships
A member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital and the San Isidro Bar Association. Assistant professor at the MBA program of IDEA in Commercial Contracts. She has also delivered in-company courses to corporate clients (1998-2000). Lucía collaborated in the systematization of standards with the National Directorate of Migration (2003). She has participated in legal cases that have set precedents in the Nation’s Supreme Court (2007).
