Experience
Horacio has a vast knowledge of criminal customs issues and broad experience in the proceedings before federal and provincial courts. He took part in the Committee on General Legislation of the Nation’s Honorable Senate (1973-1976) and in the Committe on Legislative Regulations (1976-1978). He has participated in courses on Tax Law and Customs.
Activities and Memberships
A member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital. A member of the Argentine Institute of Customs Studies. Chairman of the Association of Criminal Lawyers of the City of Buenos Aires. Former Associate Professor of Criminal Law III at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa.
Education
Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires School of Law (1978).
